You can get it as a high-resolution digital file to print in any size, or as a canvas that we print and ship to your door.

You’ll receive your finished artwork directly to your email within 2–3 days, or within 24 hours if you choose express delivery. Since it’s a digital file, there’s no waiting for shipping. You can print it yourself in any size, as many times as you like.

If the first version isn’t exactly what you had in mind, you can request unlimited revisions until it’s perfect.🥰

In the unlikely event that the delivered artwork falls short of your expectations, please don't hesitate to ask for unlimited revisions. We're dedicated to collaborating with you until we achieve a result that brings you joy.🥰

Should, by any chance, you remain dissatisfied even after three revisions, we'll happily refund your money. Your happiness is our foremost concern,

1, For the best result we strongly recommend that each individual's facial features are clearly visible.

2, Always submit the original photo in its entirety.

3, Sending selfies or photos with filters is not recommended.

4, Instead of cropping, submit the entire photo and describe who is in it.

Probably! Although clear, high-resolution photographs are ideal, we acknowledge that this isn't always achievable. We have a lot of experience with working on old photos and we'll do our absolute best to make sure that you're satisfied. Chat with our team if your unsure.

As soon as you approve your artwork, your high-resolution digital files are delivered instantly by email. You can print them in any size, as many times as you like.

After you approve your artwork, we prepare and ship your order within 4 business days. Estimated shipping times:

• USA: 5–8 business days
• UK: 4–6 business days
• Australia: 5–8 business days
• Canada: 7–10 business days
• New Zealand: 7–10 business days

Never. You'll review your artwork and can request any changes first — we won't print or ship your order until you've approved the final version.

Fast Track (the 24-hour Express option) prioritizes your artwork in our production queue, so you get your artwork sooner. It doesn't reduce printing or courier delivery times.

Please request any revisions within 3 days of receiving your artwork or your latest revision. You get unlimited revisions — and if you're still not satisfied after 3 revision rounds, we'll happily give you a full refund.

Once your artwork has been approved or sent to print, we can no longer make changes, cancel the order or issue a refund.

Unlimited revisions apply within your chosen portrait style. Changing to a different art style after ordering may come with an additional charge.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside of our control.
