Delivery & Revisions

Printed Canvas Orders

You'll see a rough preview of your portrait before ordering. Once you place your order, one of our artists will create the final artwork and email it to you within 2–3 days (or within 24 hours if you selected Express).

You'll have the opportunity to review your artwork and request any changes before we print it. We won't print or ship your order until you've approved the final version.

We offer unlimited revisions within your chosen portrait style. If you're still not satisfied after 3 revision rounds, we'll happily provide a full refund.

Please request any revisions within 3 days of receiving your artwork or your latest revision. Once your artwork has been approved or sent to print, we can no longer make changes, cancel the order, or issue a refund.

Printing & Shipping

After you approve your artwork, we prepare and ship your order within 4 business days.

Estimated shipping times:

  • USA: 5–8 business days

  • UK: 4–6 business days

  • Australia: 5–8 business days

  • Canada: 7–10 business days

  • New Zealand: 7–10 business days

Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary.

Please note: The 24-hour Express option speeds up artwork creation only. It does not reduce printing or shipping times.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are outside of our control.

Additional Information

  • Our preview is intended as a rough representation. The final artwork is hand-finished by one of our artists.

  • The Fast Track add-on prioritizes your artwork in our production queue but does not affect courier delivery times.

  • If we need a new or higher-quality photo from you, production time may be extended.

  • Unlimited revisions apply within your selected portrait style. Changing to a different art style after ordering may incur an additional charge.
