Digital Artwork Orders

Your finished artwork will be delivered to your email within 2–3 days, or within 24 hours if you choose the express option. You’ll receive a high-resolution digital file only — we do not print or ship physical products. You can print your file yourself in any size you like.

If the delivered artwork does not meet your expectations, you can request unlimited revisions and we’ll work with you until you’re satisfied. If you’re still not satisfied after 3 revisions, we’ll happily refund your money.

From the date that you receive your artwork (or the latest revision), you have 3 days to request any changes. After this 3-day period, we are unable to make further changes or offer a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must give us three opportunities to adjust the artwork through revisions. If after three revisions you are still not satisfied, we will issue a full refund.

• Standard: Delivered by email within 2–3 days

• 24 Hour Delivery: Delivered by email within 24 hours

All files are sent as high-resolution digital downloads that you can print anywhere, in any size you prefer.

Please Note:

• We do not print or ship any physical products.

• Our Fast Track add-on accelerates the creation process by moving your order to the front of the queue. This is different from the 24 hour delivery option. 

• If new photos are required during the process, production time may be longer.

• We offer unlimited revisions within your chosen portrait style (e.g., Watercolor). If you wish to change to a completely different style (e.g., from Watercolor to Sketch), an additional fee may apply.
