Return and refund policy
Your finished artwork will be delivered to your email within 2–3 days, or within 24 hours if you choose that option. This is a digital-only product — we do not print or ship any physical items. You’ll receive a high-resolution file that you can print yourself in any size you like.
If the delivered artwork does not meet your expectations, you can request unlimited revisions and we’ll work with you until you’re satisfied. If you’re still not satisfied after 3 revisions, we’ll happily refund your money.
From the date that you receive your artwork (or the latest revision), you have 3 days to request any changes. After this 3-day period, we are unable to make further changes or issue refunds.
Important Notes:

To be eligible for the 100% money-back guarantee, you must give us three opportunities to make the artwork satisfactory through revisions.

We cannot issue refunds if you purchased a digital file under the assumption that it would be shipped as a physical product.

Due to the nature of digital artwork, once your artwork has been accepted and approved, we cannot offer refunds.
Money-Back Guarantee
If, even after three rounds of revisions, you are still not satisfied with your artwork, you can request a refund. To qualify for the 100% money-back guarantee, you must first allow us three opportunities to revise your artwork.
Revision Policy

We offer unlimited revisions within your chosen portrait style (e.g., Watercolor).

An extra charge will apply if you request the artwork to be redone in multiple styles (for example, if you ordered Watercolor but later want a Sketch version).
Return Policy
Because each portrait is fully customized, we do not accept returns. Refunds are only possible under the terms of our money-back guarantee outlined above. Once artwork has been accepted and approved, refunds are no longer possible.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order only if work has not yet begun. Once we’ve started creating your portrait, cancellations are no longer possible.
