If you have purchased printed artwork:

Upon completion of your artwork, it will be forwarded to your email address for your review in 3-4 days, In the event that the delivered artwork does not meet your expectations, we kindly request your feedback within a 3-day timeframe. We will work with you on making your artwork perfect before we print and ship it.

We will not ship out any orders until we receive your approval

In the event that the delivered artwork does not meet your expectations, you can request unlimited revisions, we’ll work with you until you’re satisfied. If you're still not satisfied after 3 revisions then we'll happily refund your money.

From the date that you receive your artwork, you have 3 days to request any changes. Once 3 days have passed since your artwork was delivered or the latest revision was delivered we are not able to make any changes to your artwork or refund your money.

NOTE: It is not possible to request any cancellations, revisions or refunds once your artwork has been arranged for shipment.

NOTE: To be eligible for a 100% money-back guarantee, you must have given us three opportunities to make the artwork satisfactory. This means that you should have gone through the three rounds of revisions before requesting a refund.

NOTE: Please be advised that once your package has been delivered, we are no longer responsible for its condition or security. Our responsibility ends once the package is confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier. We do not assume any liability for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been delivered.

Delivery time for printed artwork:

1, You will receive your artwork for review within 3 days (including weekends)

NOTE: If you purchased our printed artwork and selected the 24-hour delivery option, please note that it applies exclusively to the digital file. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to create, print, and deliver a canvas within a 24-hour timeframe.

You’ll receive your artwork proof within 1–3 days for your approval. Once you’re happy with the proof, we’ll prepare and ship your order within 4 days. Shipping times vary by location and are approximately:

USA: 5–8 business days
Australia: 5–8 business days
Canada: 7–10 business days
UK: 4–6 business days
New Zealand: 7–10 business days

Digital downloads are accessible anywhere. These are sent to you through email as high-resolution digital files that you can print out to poster size.

Customs:

As determined by the customs agency within the destination country, foreign orders can incur taxes and duties. Although this is not always the case, the calculation of duties and taxes would be based on the order value and the tax-free threshold (if any) of the goods imported into the destination country.

The payment of any duties and taxes is the recipient's duty.

We have no power over such rates, and we apologise for any inconvenience. (It is possible to get more information by calling your nearest customs office.)

It's important to note that if your order necessitates a new photo, it will lead to a longer artwork production time.

*Please be aware that we offer unlimited revisions within your selected portrait style (e.g., Watercolor). An extra charge will be incurred if you desire your portrait to be rendered in multiple styles (e.g., if you've chosen a Watercolor portrait but wish to explore an alternative in sketch).
