Digital File:
Your finished artwork will be delivered to your email within 3-4 days or 24 Hours if you have chosen that option.
In the event that the delivered artwork does not meet your expectations, you can request unlimited revisions, we’ll work with you until you’re satisfied. If you're still not satisfied after 3 revisions then we'll happily refund your money.
From the date that you receive your artwork, you have 3 days to request any changes. Once 3 days have passed since your artwork was delivered or the latest revision was delivered we are not able to make any changes to your artwork or refund your money.
NOTE: To be eligible for the 100% money-back guarantee, you must have given us three opportunities to make the artwork satisfactory. This means that you should have gone through the three rounds of revisions before requesting a refund.
NOTE: We are not able to issue you a refund if you purchased the "digital file" and were under the interpretation that it was sent out via post.
NOTE: Once an artwork has been approved, we are not able to process any refunds
Printed Artwork:
Upon completion of your artwork, it will be forwarded to your email address for your review in 3-4 days. In the event that the delivered artwork does not meet your expectations, we kindly request your feedback within a 3-day timeframe. We will work with you on making your artwork perfect before we print and ship it.
If we do not receive any communication from you within this 3-day period, which includes weekends, we will proceed with fulfilling your order and arrange for its shipment.

*Please be aware that we offer unlimited revisions within your selected portrait style (e.g., Watercolor). An extra charge will be incurred if you desire your portrait to be rendered in multiple styles (e.g., if you've chosen a Watercolor portrait but wish to explore an alternative in sketch).
Return Policy:
At NavaBird, each portrait is customised to the unique specifications of our clients. Therefore, we do not offer returns on our products.

Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order, please reach out to us promptly. We are more than willing to assist with your requests as long as the work has not commenced. Regrettably, once the work has started, we cannot process order cancellations.
