Can i use any photo?
1, For the best result we strongly recommend that each individual's facial features are clearly visible.
2, Always submit the original photo in its entirety.
3, Sending selfies or photos with filters is not recommended.
4, Instead of cropping, submit the entire photo and describe who is in it.

How many photos can i merge?
There's no limit, Feel free to add as many as you like! The cost will simply depend on the number of people or pets in the final artwork.🥰
My image is blurry, Can i use it?
Probably! Although clear, high-resolution photographs are ideal, we acknowledge that this isn't always achievable. We have a lot of experience with working on old photos and we'll do our absolute best to make sure that you're satisfied. Chat with our team if your unsure.
How is it done?
We use different photo editing softwares to edit and merge your pictures together.
Can i use an already printed photo?
Yes, If you have a photo and want to photograpgh it with your phone camera and use that photo make sure to follow our guidelines here.

Shipping & delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
Printed artwork, Delivery time?
Delivery time for printed artwork:
1, You will receive your artwork for review within 3-4 days (including weekends)
2, You will have 3 days to request any changes
3, We ship your order.
Once you have approved your artwork, your order will be shipped from our warehouse within 3 days. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 8-12 business days
- Australia: 8-12 business days
- NZ: 8-12 business days
- UK: 5-8 business days
- Rest of Europe: 5-8 business days
Digital file, Delivery time?
Your finished artwork will be delivered to your email within 3-4 days or 24 Hours if you have chosen that option.
Digital downloads are accessible anywhere. These are sent to you through email as high-resolution digital files that you can print out to poster size.
Customs?
As determined by the customs agency within the destination country, foreign orders can incur taxes and duties. Although this is not always the case, the calculation of duties and taxes would be based on the order value and the tax-free threshold (if any) of the goods imported into the destination country.
The payment of any duties and taxes is the recipient's duty.
We have no power over such rates, and we apologise for any inconvenience. (It is possible to get more information by calling your nearest customs office.)
